    The role:

    Liverpool City Council is pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a senior managerial role to lead the expiry of our PFI & BSF programmes as they move towards expiry. We are seeking an experienced Senior PFI Contract Expiry Manager overseeing the PFI/BSF Teams and leading the end-to-end hand back process ensuring a smooth transition on behalf of the Council.

    The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a personal drive to ensure a successful conclusion, significant experience in facilities management, contract negotiation, life-cycle management, school estate management and the ability to manage commercial risks, review and challenge contract performance, interpret asset condition data and lead legal negotiations to ensure that schools and other council assets are returned compliantly and in optimal condition.
