    What is the job role?

We're looking for a passionate and motivated professional who can build positive relationships with children, families, victims, and partner agencies.

You'll have experience delivering interventions in both one-to-one and group settings, a good understanding of the risks facing children involved in crime, and the confidence to support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

With excellent communication and IT skills, you'll be able to assess needs, deliver tailored support, maintain accurate records, and make a real difference to the lives of children and families.

If you're committed to helping young people achieve positive outcomes and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

    Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate, resilient, and proactive individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families.

You'll have a strong understanding of the risks and challenges faced by children involved in crime, alongside an awareness of the diverse issues affecting young people, families, and victims, including race, gender, sexuality, and disability. You will be confident in designing, delivering, and evaluating interventions that support positive outcomes for children and their parents/carers.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across a wide range of settings. You'll be comfortable working one-to-one and with groups, managing challenging behaviours positively, and acting as a strong role model. Strong IT skills are essential, as you'll be required to maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and produce reports.

You will bring experience of working directly with children, families, victims, and partner professionals, delivering effective intervention programmes and providing tailored support. Most importantly, you'll demonstrate relevant experience, a commitment to continuous professional development, and a genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.

If you're motivated by making a real impact and are ready to support children and families through meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
