Are you passionate about delivering projects that make a real difference to people and places? As our Regeneration Capital Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic regeneration projects across the district, helping to create thriving places where communities can live, work and play.

You will manage complex capital projects from inception through to completion, working closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will also play a key role in identifying and developing future regeneration opportunities, building a strong pipeline of projects that address socio-economic challenges and improve the built environment. You will also be customer-focused and committed to putting residents at the heart of everything you do, ensuring communities are listened to and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience of managing capital projects and regeneration programmes, with strong project management, financial and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident leading multidisciplinary teams, managing risks and budgets, and navigating procurement and governance processes. Educated to degree level (or with equivalent relevant experience), you will hold or be working towards a recognised project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 or similar.
