To accommodate the task and finish nature of the service, there is no fixed daily finishing time. Working time includes the completion of daily vehicle safety checks, carrying out allocated collections and deliveries, and the weekly cleaning of the vehicle. A two-week reference period will be used to calculate working time. No reductions in pay will be made where the allocated work is completed in less than 74 hours working time in a two-week cycle. Overtime payments will only be made where 74 hours working time is exceeded in a two- week cycle. Overtime pay will be paid one month in arrears.
