What will you be doing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a key part of the Streetworks service within Kent County Council Highways. As a Streetworks Technical Support Officer, you will be providing a front-line service dealing with customers reporting issues with Streetworks on the highway network. You will be responsible for the administrative support for all works on the highway network including processing and monitoring of permits, licenses for temporary traffic lights, skips, scaffolds, hoardings and other activities.

You will need to be an excellent team player and work closely with Streetworks Coordinators and Inspectors to deliver great customer service, ensure works are well managed, safe and deliver the minimum disruption to the travelling public.
