We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced systems support technician to&nbsp;join our busy ICT team at Mansfield District Council.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing support to end users and&nbsp;undertaking a wide range of duties including the investigation and resolution of technical hardware&nbsp;and software&nbsp;issues, configuration and deployment of desktop hardware and peripherals along&nbsp;with developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and asset registers.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills via telephone, email and face-to-face contactwhilst handling a wide range of enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
The role is based atourmain Civic Centre buildingand requires workinga minimum of 3 days a&nbsp;weekon site between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm with flexible lunch hours. Full time on sitewill be&nbsp;required during the training period andin line with the needs of the service.

Working within the Planned, Cyclical &amp; Estates Maintenance Section, you will be responsible for the project / contract management of building &amp; refurbishment related projects and the preparation of tender documentation &amp; specifications for any such projects.
You will also be required to develop and maintain CAD drawings for the Council’s&nbsp;built assets, and for developing architectural designs including the development of project briefs, the preparation and development of detailed design drawings, schedules/specifications and seeking relevant Planning and Building Regulations approvals etc.
The post will undertake duties associated with the Assets and Compliance &amp; Planned Maintenance Sections to address both domestic and non-domestic Council assets.

As part of the UK’s Resource and Waste Strategy 2018, the ambition was set to hit 65% municipal recycling by 2035. To aid this, in 2023 the Department for Environment, Food &amp; Rural Affairs (DEFRA) introduced Simpler Recycling with the aim of removing confusion around what can and cannot be recycled. As it stands&nbsp;today, Ashfield District Council (ADC)&nbsp;is at 41% waste recycled, with the potential to beat 65% by 2030.
We are looking for an experienced individual who is enthusiastic about improving performance by using data and working with managers to join us as a Performance and Data Analyst within the Neighbourhood Services Team.&nbsp; This individual will help the team to create a data-driven and customer focused service, supporting the implementation of Simpler Recycling and wider Neighbourhoods transformation.
It is important to understand excel data bases, Power BI and techniques for compiling and using data in a Local Authority/Environmental services area.&nbsp; High level programming skills are not required for this post.
The ideal candidate for this post will have good people skills and would be used to working within a team.

We are looking for three experienced Housing Officers to join our Housing Management Team, who provide&nbsp;an excellent tenancy and estate management service to&nbsp;our local community.

As a Housing Officer, you will manage a local patch of properties in the Ashfield district.&nbsp;You will deal with all aspects of tenancy and estate management including providing advice and support to sustain tenancies, working in partnership with stakeholders, and taking enforcement action when necessary.
