We now have one great opportunity to join the county’s high performing and citizen-focused Neurodivergent team, as part of the Health and Care Directorate at Staffordshire County Council.The role of the Intensive Support Worker has been created specifically for the Neurodivergent Team, in order to develop the skills and abilities of Neurodivergent Adults within Staffordshire. This role provides practical hands-on direct community work.You'll work within a new bespoke team, set up specifically to work with Neurodivergent Adults to develop skills and independence and to lead fulfilling lives and with the Consultant Social Worker for Autism, who sits within the Neurodivergent Team, for bespoke advice guidance and support.&nbsp;Location: This is a hybrid role, with community visits required on up to 5 days of the week, alongside regular office presence.
