We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the 16+ Service to primarily support unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) who are children in care to the Local Authority.As a Senior Practitioner in our 16 plus Care Leavers Service you will support the UASC on their continued journey into UK life and on to reach their full potential through their journey in care and on to independence, alongside the asylum process. You will hold a caseload of children in care, supporting them to achieve their full potential through their journey in care and on to independence. All National Transfer Scheme referrals come to the 16+ service so the children may be as young as 12, up to the age of 18. Position: Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) Support Worker
Location: Homebased with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire area including Cherwell, West Oxfordshire and the wider Oxfordshire area.
Contract: Permanent part time – 18.5 hours per week, weekdays.

About the role:
Horsham District Council is looking for a detail-focused and organised individual to join our Housing team as a Housing Services Assistant and help us make a difference in people’s lives.
As a Housing Services Assistant, you will coordinate emergency housing placements for households in need, liaise with accommodation providers, and keep accurate records. You will also process invoices, set up suppliers, manage rent accounts, and assist with housing benefit claims—ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
The position is full-time and the post holder is required to working 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
