All parties must be well informed, so each ceremony is delivered successfully.</li>\n<li>The role requires the moving, setting up and packing down of the wedding chairs, tables and decor. Although there is a trolley to move the chairs from the storage to the site, the successful applicant will need to be able to carry out this task without assistance, under their own supervision and in a busy outdoor environment.</li>\n<li>You will remain on site during the ceremony itself, to ensure the venue is a safe and controlled environment, and the couples and their guests have a point of contact before and during the day.</li>\n<li>The applicant will also be responsible for setting up and providing a safe usable beach volleyball court, to include raking the court, inspecting and remove any debris or hazardous items.</li>\n<li>You will be based at the seafront office when not required at the bandstand.
