As Principal Asset Manager you will:

We are looking for an experienced, improvement-focused manager to lead our Complaints &amp; Members Enquiries team.  - Lead on analysis and reporting—spotting themes, causes and opportunities for improvement, and presenting insight to senior leadership and political forums (e.g. DMTs, briefings and boards). 
 - Horizon scan for best practice and legislative / policy change in the complaints and Ombudsman landscape, translating learning into practical operational improvements.

As Property Officer at Erewash Borough Council, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the planned and reactive maintenance for the Council’s property assets - driving innovation, sustainability, and value during this exciting period of change.

What You Will Do
As the Property Officer you will help maintain and improve the Council’s buildings by planning, delivering and reviewing both planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Property Officer

We’re looking for a motivated Estates Surveyor to help manage and optimise the Council’s diverse property portfolio—supporting day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term strategy so assets deliver strong financial and operational performance in line with TWBC’s Corporate Objectives and Asset Management Plan.
