The Role:
The Public Health Programme Manager will support the Public Health Senior Management Team to deliver a portfolio of public health programmes and projects set within the strategic context of the public health service plan, encompassing the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Council Plan priorities.&nbsp; This work will include management supervision of 4 programme officers to ensure all programmes and projects are well managed and deliver outcomes and objectives set within the public health service plan. You will achieve success in these roles by forming close partnerships with both internal and external agencies across a variety of sectors. The role will report directly to the Deputy Director of Public Health and within a matrix management arrangement to the Public Health Head of Contracts and Commissioning.
