&nbsp;‍The Liverpool City Regional Mayoral Combined Authority organisation is recruiting for a Corporate Affairs Manager, covering corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement and government relations. The role will focus on developing ties with local businesses, trade bodies and universities, building relationships with Westminster, Whitehall and other regional authorities.
The postholder will provide timely and high-quality public affairs and government relations support to assist with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will have an excellent standard of written English, strong communication skills, excellent IT skills, be organised and able to work outside normal office hours (typically 2 or 3 times a month).You will need to be a confident communicator who can develop a good working relationship with Councillors, senior officers and members of the public.
