They will work directly with the Local Plan Inspector (appointed by the Government’s Planning Inspectorate) to support the independent examination. The Local Plan Programme Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the examination is organised and managed efficiently. The position involves dealing with the public and professionals from a range of disciplines.
