An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrative Business Support Officer in the Children in Care Team. This is a fixed term post for a period of 12 months. The successful applicant will provide support to social workers in the Children in Care Team which are based in the Medway Council office at Broadside Chatham. Programme Coordinator ESOL

Health Improvement Project Officer (Healthy Families)

The Customer Relations Team handles complaints for all corporate and social care services. We are seeking a person who is committed to working within the small but busy Customer Relations Team. We are looking for a talented Marketing Officer to join our busy and expanding Communications and Marketing Team.Your role will focus on implementing a range of marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives that will promote the work of Medway Council’s Regeneration, Culture and Environment (RCE) Directorate. This will include supporting on a number of portfolios within this Directorate, which could include Regeneration, Town Centres, Heritage, Business and Local Economy, Sport, Frontline Services and other areas. Marketing Officer

We are recruiting for a Capital Projects Manager to deal with management of the delivery of Capital Projects and Maintenance Programmes across the authority, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within the budget and Council’s capital and procurement strategies. To provide project management and building surveying services across a spectrum of property types across the authority for Education, Housing, Corporate and Heritage buildings: new works, alterations, adaptations and extensions (ensuring they meet client expectations and requirements, are delivered on time and in budget) and to monitor and inform on compliance with relevant statutory requirements, planning and building regulations, meet latest guidelines on energy efficiency and sustainability.Liaise with stakeholders in a way that promotes the One Medway Council Plan and embeds our values and behaviours.Ensure all projects are managed and delivered to the satisfaction of users and all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and completing completed within budget and on time.
