ACL learners have access to a diverse range of non-accredited courses which encourage creativity, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion and engagement.The Marketing &amp; PR Assistant will support the Marketing &amp; PR Officer and Marketing &amp; PR Lead in the delivery of all aspects of marketing, communications and campaigns which support the marketing strategy, income targets and strengthen and promote the ACL brand.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Under the direction of the Marketing &amp; PR Lead, create and support the co-ordination of multichannel communications to raise awareness of ACL's offer.</li>
<li>Work with the Marketing &amp; PR Officer to create social media and email marketing campaigns that increase traffic to the website, raise awareness and provide relevant information and updates to our staff and learners.</li>
<li>Create and update content on the ACL website and identify areas for improvement e.g. accessibility and search engine optimisation.</li>
<li>Assist in the production of offline marketing materials, for instance posters, leaflets, campaign flyers, letters and adverts.</li>
<li>Attend career and marketing events to promote the ACL offer and increase take up of ACL programmes.</li>
<li>Support the Marketing &amp; PR Officer to gather data using relevant analytics (social media, web analytics and email marketing).</li>
<li>Carry out other relevant tasks throughout the academic year as identified by the Marketing &amp; PR Lead.</li>
</ul>Experience and Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Educated to level 3 (A-level) or equivalent.</li>
<li>Evidence of continuing professional development with knowledge in relevant professional area.</li>
<li>Excellent written skills, communication skills and creativity.</li>
<li>Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to build strong working relationships which are collaborative in nature and engender delivery.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.</li>
