Position(s) Available: Site Manager
Salary: £25,584 to £27,269 FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT
Actual starting salary is £20,652 per annum 
Working Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week - 45 weeks per year (39 weeks term time plus 6 weeks)

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire East
The post is a permanent contract for 45 weeks per year (term time plus 6 weeks).

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Site Manager to join our thriving school.&nbsp; Previous experience in site work in a school is preferable but not essential.
The main duties will be to arrange and supervise contractors, ensure heating, lighting and alarm systems are checked regularly to ensure they are operational.&nbsp; To carry out maintenance and DIY, undertake checks and maintain records to meet statutory health &amp; safety requirements e.g., COSHH, Legionella, Fire Safety etc.&nbsp; To maintain our site to a high standard and kept safe for pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, be proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also need to be competent in general maintenance and be able to undertake a range of minor repairs and maintenance unsupervised across the school.
