The service is based at Crown Hub Resource Centre. The reablement team provide short term <span class=\"single_desc_int_gb_word\">support to adults over the age of 18 who have been identified as having reablement goals</span>. </p><p>The Role: </p><ul>\n<li>The Reablement Assistant role adopts a strength-based approach, <span class=\"single_desc_int_gb_word\">supporting and encouraging a person’s independence</span>.
