As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting budget holders in their financial and strategic decision making. Working within the central finance team you will be responsible for:

We are looking for someone who can independently assess under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and ensure care arrangements follow the law. We need someone who has good communication and relationship building skills, is adept at working alongside individuals, their families and/or advocates and partner agencies, and be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, Mental Health Act and Data Protection Act.
You must hold a current DoLS Best Interests Assessor (BIA) qualification, have at least 2 years experience of carrying out the Best Interest Assessor role which includes recent experience of completing these assessments (within the last year).&nbsp; You must also have undertaken annual DoLS/BIA legal update training within the last twelve months.&nbsp; A driving licence is crucial for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, enthusiastic and capable Best Interest Assessor to join our Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards team in Bracknell. We are a supportive team that is passionate in our approach to our work.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence and Data Officer on a 1 year fixed term basis to lead a central role in monitoring performance, identifying, and advising service weaknesses to support data collation and ensuring compliance to statutory reporting for Education and Inclusion. &nbsp;Skills should include transforming raw data into insightful and user-friendly dashboards including Power BI Development. This role involves working end-to-end from writing SQL queries to extract and shaping datasets, through to designing and publishing final dashboards in Power BI.
The role will lead on the process of enabling intelligence and data provision from our Education systems and will support the service to address and resolve identified issues and prevent the need of further data cleansing by embedding a positive performance management culture where data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner to support decision making and ensure compliance to Statutory Returns duties.

About the Role We are seeking four dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as&nbsp;Court Ushers&nbsp;at the Coroner’s Court. This is a key supporting role, ensuring the smooth and professional running of inquest hearings and providing sensitive assistance to all court users.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the Coroner’s Officers to prepare the court and assist in the smooth running of inquests.</li>
<li>Liaise with all parties attending court, including bereaved families, witnesses, legal representatives, juries, and members of the press.</li>
<li>Provide information, support, and guidance in a professional and empathetic manner.</li>
<li>Handle contact with the public sensitively, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.</li>
<li>Undertake administrative duties and support the Coroner’s Office when court is not in session.</li>
<li>Prioritise tasks effectively and work under minimal supervision to meet deadlines.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to deal compassionately and professionally with distressed members of the public.</li>
<li>Emotional resilience and ability to manage exposure to distressing or sensitive information.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work occasional full or part days as required to cover court schedules.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a public-facing or administrative role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.</li>
