You will have GCSE’s in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent vocational or academic experience). You will have or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Asset and Building Safety Compliance. Candidates will be experienced tradesmen in either plumbing or joinery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be capable of effective communication with people at all levels, both externally and within the organisation.
