You will be instrumental in shaping how we deliver against our corporate priorities, adding value to the team and a range of key projects. You will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to service excellence. Experience in developing and mentoring staff, as well as managing change, will be essential.</p>\n<p>As Development Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the Development Management service, including Planning Enforcement and the Tree Service. You will need to be a member of the MRTPI with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, managing performance, and inspiring teams.
