<li>To monitor and inspect school bus passes and taxi usage on contracted routes to ensure that the passenger manifest reflects actual usage</li>
<li>To assist with and ensure that bus shelters, stops, poles and timetable cases are fit for purpose and display accurate information</li>
<li>To contribute to the annual route planning for home to school transport with accurate route and timing information as necessary.</li>

As a MiCare Support Worker you:

<li>Provide support to adults to develop and maintain activities of daily living, including personal care.</li>

<li>Undertake a range of delegated health care tasks as required such as prompt prescribed medication, supporting the application of prescribed creams, eye and ear drops, catheter care and prompting exercise as prescribed by the physiotherapist.</li>

It is essential that you have a full UK driving license and access to a car to enable you to work in this role.

As a Family Help Worker, you will:

<li>Support children and young people who are subject to a Child in Need plan or who require a Team Around the Family approach</li>

Who you are…
To be successful you will have:

<li>Relevant qualification in social work, youth work, education, or a related field (Level 3 or above)</li>
<li>Experience working with children, young people, and families in a support or intervention role</li>
<li>Knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and multi-agency working</li>
<li>Understanding of the Families First initiative and its principles</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Good IT Skills</li>

Working within the Community Support Services you will also have the opportunity to work in our supported living, day opportunities and MiCare services.
Some evening/weekend and bank holiday work is required to meet the needs of the Community Support Service and its service users, however we are open to negotiation and will consider flexible working patterns to suit your life style.&nbsp;
Due to the nature of the role, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required.
Basic pay of £12.85 - £13.05 per hour, Saturdays at £19.28 - £19.57 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £25.70 - £26.10 per hour.&nbsp;
Please note we have full time and part time hours available, including permanent and fixed terms contracts.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however, we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications fully funded by us!
