Our Team: The post forms an integral part of the Licensing Team which is responsible for the Councils licensing functions. The Taxi Enforcement Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all licensed drivers, vehicles and operators are complainant with the law, council policies and conditions in order to promote public safety. The Taxi Enforcement Officer will carry out patrols and enforcements checks on a daily basis in and around Halton, You will be part of a small team which consists of the Licensing Manager, a Licensing Officer, a Licensing Enforcement Officer and two Solicitors. Corporate Legal Services is comprised of four legal teams with administrative support.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The post holders will carry a caseload of Childcare law cases, often complex in nature, with limited supervision but with support from a dedicated senior legal assistant. The post holder will also provide advice in relation to school queries.&nbsp; It is a pre-requisite that the post holder has demonstrable Childcare law experience.

Casual Class Instructor 
An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for us to recruit Group Exercise Instructors to help support our six Leisure Centres Class Programme.
