 About the role
The Service Desk Analyst role is responsible for the delivery of the technical system administration, development, and procedural activities, along with the delivery of the business as usual (BAU) functions. There will be a requirement to plan and undertake project activities and to provide specialist advice across a range of areas and to a wide audience, from colleagues to stakeholders.&nbsp;

The successful applicant will have experience in working with non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and possess excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
They will also be skilled in the use of tools, software and systems for access, security control and administration, such as, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Antirvirus, email and web filtering and be fully proficient in all service desk key areas.&nbsp;

About the role 

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems Development Officer to join the IT and Digital Services Team. This role forms part of a dedicated team delivering service activities in accordance with departmental standards, guidelines, delivery frameworks and established operating practices.
 Key responsibilities include:

What will you be doing?
