We have an excellent opportunity for two passionate and enthusiastic Organisation Development Officers to join our HR &amp; OD Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, 15 month Fixed Term Contract. There are two vacancies&nbsp;
As the Organisation Development Officer, you will support the development and implementation of the corporate learning framework and training offer. We are a highly ambitious Council and are about to embark on a significant period of transformation, in Organistional Development, so you will work with the wider OD Team to co-design and deliver training programmes across the Council, ensuring that we provide high quality training for all.

Key responsibilities:

<li>Supports the development and implementation of the Councils Corporate learning framework and training offer.</li>
<li>Co-create training packages and be responsible for the delivery of training, predominantly face to face, to support the Organisational Development programme that will embed a learning culture across the Council.</li>

Main responsibilities:
