Key responsibilities:

<li>Supports the development and implementation of the Councils Corporate learning framework and training offer.</li>
<li>Co-create training packages and be responsible for the delivery of training, predominantly face to face, to support the Organisational Development programme that will embed a learning culture across the Council.</li>
<li>Work in partnership with Managers and teams across the Council to ensure that learning sessions are coherent, accessible and in-line with industry standards and the evolving needs of staff.</li>
<li>Design and use tools to evaluate the impact of learning and organisational development initiatives and conduct regular monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of the programme as per agreed objectives.</li>
<li>Acts as the councils Subject Matter Expert in developing content and supporting the use of learning management systems, platforms and other tools for hosting learning content</li>

<h2>About the role </h2>
The Head of People will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the OSDC’s people agenda, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. This role will shape and deliver the OSDC’s People Strategy, embedding a high-performance, inclusive culture that makes OSDC a destination employer.
You will build influential relationships across the GLA family and with key public and private sector stakeholders to ensure best practice informs our policies and approaches. As the senior lead for people matters, you will maximise workforce capability and agility to enable delivery of corporate objectives.
A critical part of the role is overseeing the shared HR service arrangement with TfL, ensuring it delivers consistently high-quality outcomes for OSDC. This is an exciting time to be working for the London Borough of Redbridge. We have an ambitious corporate plan that we are committed to delivering and we are in the process of shaping new work streams to fundamentally change the way that the council works in the future and uses its data.
This role will be&nbsp;within the Intelligence and Insights Team and is responsible for providing accurate and consistent HR management information to the Council. They will manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data in partnership with the HR Directorate and the wider council to deliver on corporate objectives.
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for development of HR statistics and Key Performance indicators using iTrent and other relevant data sources. As well as utilising Business Objects to create or update existing reports.
They will also support the development of PowerBI reporting, via the development of dashboards and data models to enable better visualisation of data.
They will take a pivotal role in providing Intelligence support to HR Specialists, HR Services, HR Business Partners, and other managers across the Council.
You will report to the Manager of the Intelligence and Insights team and will work closely with the current HR Systems Analyst, Human Resources, and the wider Council.
