About you…
<ul>
<li>Experience in a Learning &amp; Development role, working as part of a team to deliver Human Resources &amp; Organisation Development Services.</li>
<li>Experience of designing and delivering training and briefings to groups of staff, and commissioning training.</li>
<li>Up to date understanding of apprenticeships.</li>
<li>Experience of working in a customer focused service with a track record of consistent delivery and achievement of plans</li>
<li>Experience of working with an HR or Learning Management System.</li>
<li>Able to work on your own initiative.</li>
</ul>
About the role…
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, you will lead the implementation of the Council’s corporate learning &amp; development approach, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our Workforce Strategy.</li>
<li>Work closely with our services and the HR&amp;OD team, you will support the delivery of high-quality learning &amp; development services, that drives organisational improvement.</li>
<li>Build relationships with schools and colleges to promote local government as a career.</li>
<li>Develop a Talent Academy to support entry-level apprentices and wider learning sets.</li>
</ul>
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 4th February.
