Join us as our new Recruitment Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation as we navigate a period of significant change, including Local Government Reorganisation.About the RoleAs Recruitment Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of our recruitment strategy, talent attraction, temporary agency contract and on-boarding processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
