
Pay and Reward Analyst
We’re recruiting for a Pay and Reward Analyst to join the Pay and Reward Team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a range of pay and reward activities including
- Researching and supporting the development of pay and reward strategies
- Supporting the delivery of the job evaluation service
- Carrying out reward analysis, identifying recommendations and supporting implementation
- Workforce analysis and working with stakeholders to deliver insights and statutory reporting
- Delivery of employee benefits and recognition

Salary range
- £32,347 - £34,317 per year
