The Housing and Homelessness Service is a very busy environment  and faces several challenges in meeting the housing needs of citizens of Coventry. What is the job role? As a Housing Review Officer, you will conduct statutory reviews under section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 related to accommodation suitability.&nbsp;The role involves handling allocations reviews under the Housing Act 1996. You will review decisions under Part VI and Part VII, including suitability of temporary accommodation offers. You will collaborate with external partners, service users, their representatives, and agencies to manage statutory review enquiries and appeals.&nbsp;This includes assessing decisions regarding the discharge of both main and interim housing duties. What is the job role?
The role undertakes financial support in respect of payroll and employee benefits reconciliation and budgetary control for the Council and a number of our external customers.&nbsp;
As a Payroll and Finance Officer, you will manage payroll and pension financial processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulations and providing essential financial support to the service.
The role requires an up-to-date knowledge of financial management preferably in either a payroll or traded environment.
You will also liaise with and advise colleagues, managers, and customers in relation to IR35, employee benefits and P11D.

What is the job role?
This is an exciting time for Coventry and Warwickshire who were selected in August 2021 by NHSE/I to be the West Midlands Vanguard for the Framework for Integrated Children and Young People (CYP) Care in the Community, with the aim is to improve the lives and outcomes of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and adversity.&nbsp; &nbsp;This is a multi-faceted role, one which requires the Vanguard Practice educator to be a Change agent, role model, trainer, and assessor. A recognised teaching qualification and knowledge of trauma is desirable, however training and support will be provided which aligns with the ethos that presenting behaviour in children and young people, when understood in the context of trauma, is normal, and should not be pathologised or medicalised.&nbsp; &nbsp;The post holder will work closely and collaboratively with the second Practice Educator, Deputy Vanguard Lead, Consultant Clinical Lead and Vanguard partnership Lead to help drive and lead systemic and cultural change.&nbsp; &nbsp;The post holder will be a talented, dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating high quality training to professionals from a range of sectors

Residential Night Care Worker

Healthy, Safe, Behaviours (HSB) Team – Supporting young people with Harmful Sexual Behaviour £52,431.00 to £64,811.00: (with market supplement) up to £72,311.00 (depending on experience)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Principal Psychologist to join our Healthy Safe Behaviours Team (HSB). This newly configured service supports children and young people (7 to 17 years), open to Birmingham Children’s Trust, who present with harmful sexual behaviour. The team adopt a multi-agency approach, supporting Early Help, Safeguarding, Children in Care and Youth Justice Services; delivering bespoke and tailored interventions and programmes of education and support.We are looking for a Principal Psychologist, with significant experience of clinical leadership, service development, and working from a trauma informed, systemic and developmentally sensitive perspective. This new role will work alongside the operational team manager to provide clinical leadership for the ongoing development and delivery of this service in accordance with the evidence base and current best practice guidance.Previous experience working with children and young people with presentations relating to harmful sexual behaviour would be beneficial. However, we are also keen to hear from psychologists from other specialties with strong skills in complex formulation, assessing and managing risk, supporting teams (leadership, consultation, training), and the ability to look beyond behaviour. Experience working with children and young people who have histories of early adversity, social care or youth justice involvement, childhood trauma &amp;/or significant attachment disruption would also be desirable. The successful candidate will:<ul> <li>Support the development and delivery of this new service with an emphasis on innovation, psychologically informed practice, working to the best available evidence base, undertaking routine service evaluation and clinically relevant research as appropriate. </li> <li>Lead on the development of risk screening and management planning and support the escalation of mental health concerns and partnership working where appropriate.</li> <li>Support the professional network around the child/young person; providing psychological consultation, developing shared formulations of complex needs/presentations, contributing to safety plans, developing and delivering teaching/training and clinical supervision of others. </li> <li>Carry out specialist assessments, formulation and deliver psychological interventions to children, young people, families &amp;/or caregivers. </li></ul>We have been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, following a 2023 inspection. The casual Senior Practitioners will cover shifts for substantive EDT post holders within periods of absence.
