Business support officer (Children In care)
Our skilled Children in care team are looking for a dedicated full time permanent Business Support Officer to join their valued and experienced team. This role will support a team of social workers and their team manager with maintaining children's files, their records and supporting service needs. You will communicate with a wide range of professionals and the public on a daily basis. Ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, confident in Microsoft packages and have experience in a similar environment or have transferrable skills.
Tasks include
Passport/ Birth certicate/National insurance applications
Health check compliance
Note taking
Mailbox management
Telephony
Based at Cable Plaza, Waterfront.
Hours:37
Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata)
Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or Onsite full time
