Compliance Contract Coordinator

Compliance Contract Coordinator

£26,824 - £29,540 per year
Job Introduction

Reporting to the Compliance Contract Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering a range of compliance operations across the property portfolio.

The role involves ensuring that statutory servicing programmes and compliance activities are effectively managed and delivered in accordance with current legislation, regulatory requirements and industry guidance.

A key aspect of the position is maintaining compliance service schemes and managing in-house appointment diaries to ensure inspections, servicing and remedial works are scheduled and completed within required timescales.

You will work closely with contractors, internal teams and customers to coordinate access arrangements, monitor progress and ensure that all compliance-related activities are carried out efficiently.

The role also requires regular communication with customers to arrange appointments, provide updates and resolve any access issues that may impact service delivery.

By maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance, you will help ensure that servicing and repairs are completed on time and that compliance obligations are consistently met across the portfolio.

Success in this role will depend on strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Effective communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-managed housing service.
