This will include supporting young people to celebrate their milestones, and participate in events honouring their individual faiths and festivals.
This role will require the worker to have some flexibility in the working hours to meet young people’s needs, with the possibility of evening and weekend work. It is also likely that this role will require some flexibility with regards to travelling to meet with our young people, and you will therefore require a full UK Driving Licence for this role.

We are looking for a great communicator and practical problem solver, with experience in health and wellbeing client-facing roles, to join our friendly team and deliver the role of a Health and Housing Co-ordinator. You will be reporting to the Housing Strategy Team Leader, Contract Performance Management and Data Reporting, and you will ensure the best use and efficient management of Step Down / Step Up accommodation, as well as provide reporting and administrative support to the Team Leader with any ad hoc tasks. Your role will include the daily tasks in managing hospital discharge and supported accommodation move-on to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of technicians and cleaners in managing all technical and operations functions of the Princes Hall theatre. About the team:
The Community Team is comprised on Social Care Practitioners, Senior Social Care Practitioners, Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, all led by the Service Manager. About the role

We are seeking a Senior Revenues and Benefits Officer to join our supportive and customer focused team, who arededicated to providing an effective and responsive Revenues &amp; Benefits service to Hertsmere residents.
The duties will include deputising as required for the Principal Benefits Officer, whilst supervising and managing a team of staff dealing with the assessment and payment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.&nbsp; The post holder will ensure customer enquiries, complaints and claims are dealt with in an efficient manner, and that performance and customer service are maximised.&nbsp; A high level of accuracy and efficiency is required.
