An evolving role with new work streams in the future team plan.<ul><li>Development and delivery of Road Safety initiatives and training courses.</li><li>Deliver driver assessments and assess assessors.</li><li>Review and update current practices and procedures.</li></ul><h4>About you</h4>Essential criteria:<ul><li>You must have excellent teaching or coaching skills and be able to deliver courses both physically in venues across Hertfordshire as well as online via a digital platform (currently Zoom).</li><li>Hold a training or teaching qualification.</li><li>You will be an existing NDORS licenced Trainer.</li><li>Training will be provided by NDORS Licenced Instructors and regular monitoring provided by our own HCC internal monitors.</li><li>Trainers will be required to deliver courses across 6 days from 08:00 – 21:00.</li><li>There are also opportunities for NDORS instructor training as well as internal monitoring training.</li><li>SCD practical trainer – DVSA registered ADI at a minimum of grade B.</li><li>Hold a behaviour change qualification.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Fleet licence</li><li>Approved Driving Instructor licence (ADI).</li><li>RoSPA Silver or Gold award.</li><li>Assessors qualification.</li></ul>This job role is within the Community Services, level COM9 job profile.
