Sessional Registration and Citizenship Officer
We are recruiting Sessional Registration and Citizenship Officers to join the Tower Hamlets Register Office.

In this role, you will:
- Key focus on registering births, deaths, and still births
- Issue relevant paperwork according to legislative and local requirements.
- If required, register marriages, and civil partnerships and assist with citizenship ceremonies
- Expected to work on a rota basis mainly weekdays and possibly weekends.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Direct and Relevant Experience of working in a Register Office- this role is not suitable for candidates who have not registered these events before.
- Performing high-quality ceremonies and appointments with a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge and implementation of relevant Home Office legislation, supported by GRO handbooks.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
