Job Description
OverviewThe London Borough of Harrow is looking to appoint a Systems Support Analyst within the CAP/CAR support team. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic individual. You will have demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics and strong Word and Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables. The post holder will provide systems and technical support to around 12 users regarding the CAP/CAR module of the Dynamics 365 system regarding invoicing & cash collection.
Other duties will include Executing daily payrun’s in D365 including AP, Pensions, CIS Tax, Customer Refunds and employee Expenses creating payments proposals and validation process in addition to executing the direct debit payrun twice monthly. Loading of journals into Dynamics, UAT testing, Pcard loads and dealing with queries in the CAPCAR support generic e-mail outlook account are also included in this role. The candidate will also generally help with CAP/CAR work when capacity allows. The candidate must be able to multitask and use their own initiative and be able to manage their workload effectively.
Please note: This could be either a Full-time role or Job Share- (Maternity Leave cover 9-12 months)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Good IT knowledge including Microsoft packages such as excel and access and working knowledge of crystal reports or Business Object
- A good understanding of office computer systems, security measures, office policies and procedures
- Experience of systems support work and running jobs on schedulers
- Experience of using IT and Financial IT systems in particular in chasing customer debt
- Understanding of debt management and the recovery of debts
