Our Team:Halton Direct Link has transformed the delivery of the Council's services by making the services more accessible to the residents of Halton. The two One Stop Shops provide access to the service face to face and the Contact Centre has improved access via the telephone.We are currently recruiting 1 part time member of staff to join our friendly customer services team here at Halton Direct Link. As a One Stop Shop Officer, you will deliver a range of council services to our customers. Hours: 20 hours: Wednesday 11.30 – 4.30, Thursday 9.00 – 5.00, Friday 9.00 – 5.00Your Contributions:You will be responsible in supporting the day-to-day running of the shop which will include a variation of tasks such as admin duties, reception duties and customer service. You will have experience of dealing with customers in a face-to-face capacity or over the telephone, have excellent customer service skills together with the ability to quickly recognise and deal with customer needs. Ideally you will be experienced in the delivery of one or more of the councils services and be used to working in a team environment although not essential for the right candidate. Customer Operations Assistant

About Us: Marine Hall is a vibrant and dynamic venue dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our audiences and customers. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Operations Assistant to join our team and support our front of house operations.
Job Purpose: As a Customer Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience for all visitors at Marine Hall. Under the supervision of the Customer Operations Managers, you will ensure a consistently high standard of service and actively promote tickets, goods and services during each customer interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to step into venue operations, learn skills in retail, ticketing, event delivery and hospitality with real prospects for career development within an exciting cultural location.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver a high standard of customer care.</li>
<li>Play an active part in achieving venue sales targets by maximising customer interaction and providing feedback to line managers.</li>
<li>Ensure all customer feedback is received and escalated as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of venue marketing and presentation.</li>
<li>Support efficient venue changeovers.</li>
<li>With appropriate training, support the box office to manage show incoming.</li>
