About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service Team for a CRM Analyst &amp; Customer Experience Lead who will play a significant role in championing the use of new processes and innovations to ensure our customers have an excellent experience throughout their journey with Rugby Borough Council.
Working as part of a team of Customer Service Advisors, this is a varied role where you will be responding to requests for information about a range of local and County Council services, helping customers to access and pay for services via the telephone emails and face to face. You will require a mind-set that is focused on delivering consistently good customer care.&nbsp;
Using your own skills, knowledge, and experience, you will assist with the on-going development of data capture methods which facilitate management reporting on areas such as value and customer satisfaction.
Your role will be to create and maintain detailed process flow charts relating to the services delivered, sometimes in collaboration with Business Analysts and Data Analysts and to collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and other colleagues to identify Performance Indicators which provide relevant and accurate process information for performance improvement.
To achieve this, you will need to be capable of developing your knowledge of all services provided by the council and will need to have a mind-set that is focused on delivering consistently good customer care.

The Role
We are looking for someone to join our team to help provide engaging experiences for visitors at our vibrant and busy museums. You will need to be keen to roll up your sleeves, have a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer care through teamwork, flexibility and hard work in a friendly environment.
Really good local knowledge would be an advantage, as would an interest in local history. You will need to be able to work between our sites and be happy to work alternate weekends.
This can be a physically demanding but rewarding job, which can sometimes mean being on your feet talking to people all day.
We are currently recruiting for two Museum Assistant positions.&nbsp;
Museum Assistant 2: This post is permanent. The hours for this post are 19.68 hours per week, working on a two-week rota, which includes alternate weekends:
Week1: Monday 11:45-16:15, Friday 10:00 -16:15 Week 2: Monday 11:45-16:15, Friday 10:00 -16:15, Saturday 11:45-16:15, Sunday 9:30-16:15 Additional 4-hours of flexible time for additional support.&nbsp;
Museum Asssistant 6: The&nbsp;hours of work for this position are 3.5 per week, working 12.45 – 16.15 at the Cottage Museum until the last Saturday of September. The successful candidate will be able to work as a casual museum assistant to ensure they can continue to provide cover at the City Museums during the Autumn/Winter months.

Reporting to the Tonbridge Castle, Events &amp; Customer Services Manager, you will undertake a customer facing role supporting our telephony service to residents providing excellent multi skilled customer service across all access channels as well as Tonbridge Tourist Information Centre, Castle Attraction and Conference Centre.
Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. &nbsp;You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.

We are looking for a Parking Services officer to join our small parking team.
As a Parking Services Officer you will deliver an efficient, effective, and high-quality customer focussed Parking Service working directly with external organisations in the delivery of Civil Parking Enforcement.
You will be responsible for processing and actioning all appeals and representations for Penalty Charge Notices received for both Arun District Councils off-street car parks and on-street on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
The role requires you to produce monthly and quarterly KPI monitoring reports along with cash reconciliation on a daily basis.
The role also requires you to communicate with customers face to face, via email, and telephone, alongside dealing with enquires from internal and external stakeholders.

The job is based at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton, and this will be your contractual job location.
