Green Sefton provides our communities with a clean, green Borough (including parks, playing fields, allotments, municipal golf courses, highway trees and woodlands, play and recreational facilities, and our coast and countryside, which include specially protected sites) to the benefit of residents, visitors, investors, and nature. 
Successful applicants will be required to provide excellent customer care to players, club members and non-members using the Council’s two municipal golf courses, undertaking a range of duties including general shop duties, ticket checking, taking payment and accounting for cash, giving advice, taking phone calls.
Applicants should have good literacy and numeracy skills and be computer literate. Experience of working in a shop or other similar environment would be useful and experience in the use of computerised cash register would be desirable.
Applicants will be required to undertake general day to day maintenace and cleansing activities to ensure the facilities and equipment are clean, safe and well presented for clients.&nbsp;
Applicants should have good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of working with members of the public both face to face and in handling telephone and email enquiries would be beneficial. Experience of working in the leisure or golf industry would be desirable but not essential. Knowledge of till systems and booking systems is a desirable.
The Post holder will be expected to work shifts, (early &amp; late) and weekends in accordance with the opening hours of the Golf Courses.

An exciting opportunity to come and work for the Customer Services Team within the Alliance of High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council,
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers across the High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands by dealing with a wide range of customer enquires for all Council services via a variety of access channels (contact centre, face to face, email and correspondence).
