We are looking to recruit two full time Civil Enforcement Officers.&nbsp;
This is a challenging and rewarding job if you enjoy working outdoors and dealing with the public. You will be part of a successful team, which holds the Customer Service Excellence Award.
You will be advising and assisting members of the public regarding the parking facilities and enforcing the parking restrictions.
You will need to patrol significant distances and be able to access confined spaces in between cars. You will be required to travel around Guildford and Waverley boroughs to enforce Traffic Regulation Orders.
This would be accomplished using the Council’s vans and scooters for which you must have a valid full driving licence to drive manual gear cars in the UK and successfully pass the Council's internal driving assessment. You must hold, or be willing to gain, a Compulsory Basic Training certificate to allow use of the Council’s mopeds / scooters. It is essential that you have a courteous, helpful, and confident manner and that you are an effective communicator.
A 37-hour week is worked including Saturdays and Bank Holidays working an early and late shift basis. At present Sunday is worked on a voluntary basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hertsmere Borough Council are recruiting for a Civil Enforcement Officer to join our existing team.
You will be required to patrol the streets and car parks and to carry out enforcement against illegally parked vehicles.&nbsp; You will also provide advice to members of the public and check that parking machines and equipment are in good working order.
The successful applicant will enjoy working outside and will be someone who can deal with members of the public in a helpful and diplomatic manner.&nbsp; You will need to use computerised equipment and personal safety equipment and gain an understanding of the legal requirements of the job.&nbsp; Applicants need to have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.&nbsp; Full training will be given so previous experience in a similar role is not essential.

About the Role
We are seeking a strong individual to bring excellent customer service and high standards to our car parking service. The post is for a fully qualified NPLQ lifeguard to work as part of a team, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care are always maintained.&nbsp; This role requires constant supervision of the poolside; you will need to be fully focused with the ability to remain vigilant, alert, and attentive.&nbsp; This position involves the setting up of equipment to meet the needs of the programmed activities and to undertake cleaning tasks to ensure the centre is well presented to the highest standard.&nbsp; The candidate will have a friendly and approachable manner to always maintain a high level of customer service.&nbsp; The candidate must be NPLQ qualified and must be able to demonstrate competency. &nbsp;Ongoing monthly training is also required.
Qualifications - It is essential you have a current Royal Lifesaving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A first aid at work qualification, AED and pool plant operator’s certificate are also desirable.
Skills and Experience - The Leisure Attendant should ideally be able to demonstrate a level of experience and knowledge commensurate with the position.

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting community events? Bourne Hall is looking for a proactive and friendly Events Assistant to help ensure our venue runs smoothly and remains a welcoming space for all visitors, stakeholders, and hirers. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be setting up for events, assisting with AV and bar services, maintaining the building’s presentation, and supporting both our Coffee Shop and reception when needed. Key Responsibilities
