Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Officer
We are looking to appoint a Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Officer, to join a small team who is committed to supporting the community by tackling anti-social behaviour, as part of the Council’s Community Safety service.
The Officer will play a key part in working in partnership with Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire &amp; Rescue Service, Registered Providers and other partners and colleagues internally to make a difference. It is a fast-paced environment with short notice enforcement action as well as longer paced case work.
We are looking for an officer with knowledge of the relevant law, government guidance, policies and practice relating to tackling anti-social behaviour.&nbsp;
You will also need to have excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate information; to present clear, accurate and concise reports to a wide range of audiences, and an ability to work effectively with individuals, teams, customers, partners and staff, understanding the functions and needs of the service and the organisation.&nbsp;
We would like to hear from you if you can handle emotive and stressful situations and have excellent time management along with the experience in using the relevant tools and powers to tackle anti-social behaviour and ideally have managerial or supervisory experience. You will also provide support and deputise for the Manager as and when required.
The posts are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) at Enhanced level and Non-Police Personnel Level 2 (NPPV2F) clearance.

Swim Wirral Instructors
About the Role: 
Active Wirral is seeking suitability trained, Level 2 Swimming Instructors to become part of our lesson deliver team.
The role will involve front line swimming lesson delivery to a variety of leisure stakeholders to include Swim Wirral, Aqua Tots and Adult Learn to Swim customers.
There are a variety of hours available from 10 hours per week up to 17.5 hours per week, working at the following Active Wirral Leisure Centres, Europa Pools, West Kirby Concourse, The Oval &amp; Leasowe Leisure Centre.
Swim Wirral lessons are delivered over 42 weeks per year.
About the candidate:
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be professional, ambitious, accountable and resident focused delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centres and users along with all other stakeholders.
Swimming Wirral Instructors should be willing to work flexible hours across all leisure centres which may include evenings and weekend.

Our Team: At our brand-new, state of the art Halton Leisure Centre, you will work alongside a team of Leisure Attendants, supervised by and Assistant Facility Manager and you will report to your Facility Manager. You will also work alongside our Front of House Advisors, Hospitality Assistants and Fitness Advisors to ensure the highest quality of Customer Service. Hours: We currently have x4 positions available: x3 - 27 hours per week x1 - 30 hours per week Rotas and preference discussed at interview Your Contributions: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety principles and procedures within leisure facilities, alongside a strong understanding of the leisure industry. Essential qualifications include a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), which must be kept valid through regular training sessions and completion of e-learning modules. Additional qualifications such as a Swimming Teachers Qualification, First Aid Certificate, and Pool Plant Operators Certificate would be desirable. The candidate must be capable of applying rules and regulations to effectively manage customer behaviour. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves training in and covering a full range of reception and café duties when needed.
