Hours &amp; Pay
Your agreed hours will depend on the post you occupy, location and contract agreement. 
For example we employ cleaners who complete anything from between 3 hours per week during term time (£24,413 / = £1,979.43 per annum) up to12 hours per week ( £24,413 / = £7,917.73 per annum). Job Requirements
Sefton Cleaning are seeking to appoint a cleaner who will be able to work within the following areas:
Bootle, Netherton and Aintree (as required). This is a permanent position.
The post will be to cover for sickness and holiday absences in schools or Sefton buildings across those area.
The post will be 16 hours per week.
Hours per day will be between 2.30pm – 6pm (occasionally 6.30am – 9am) determined by the shift to be covered.
Monday – Friday as required.
As this position is to cover several locations applicants should have their own transport or the means to travel easily between sites.
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, dedicated cleaner who is well organised, can be flexible with working hours and can adapt to different work environments. The applicants must also be able to demonstrate excellent cleaning standard and be able to work well with colleagues.

Sefton Cleaning are seeking to appoint a cleaner who will be able to work at Aintree Davenhill Primary school
This is a permanent position.
The post will be 15 hours per week.

Amenity Cleansing Operative&nbsp; Salthill Depot
Reference: COM938 Pay: Scale 3 (scp 7-8) £26,403 to £26,824 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday with overtime requirement 1 in 3 weekends
Based in the Amenity Cleansing Section at Council’s Salthill Depot in Clitheroe, you will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring that roads, footpaths, verges and open spaces are kept clean.
Picking up litter and sweeping streets, you will utilise equipment consistent with Street Cleansing requirements and ensure that all activities comply with the Council’s Health and Safety policy and the Safety at Street Works Code of Practice.
A full driving licence is essential and must include categories B, and B1.
It is a requirement of the post that overtime is worked on a rota basis – Saturday and Sunday on 1 in 3 weekends – and ad hoc cover at other times for absences/leave etc. &nbsp;Weekend hours are 6 am onwards for 2.5 hours on Saturday and 6 am onwards for 3 hours on Sunday.
Knowledge of the area is desirable.
