Although previous experience of working in a school setting would be desirable, full training will be provided. You will be required to undertake a variety of security, janitorial and DIY duties within a busy secondary school, helping to ensure that the site remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a proactive role in the health, safety, and overall comfort of everyone on site. On occasions earlier or later hours and weekend work may be required where overtime will be paid at time and a half on Saturday and double time on a Sunday.
