As the successful site controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of the primary school; ensuring it's secure and clean. The Site Controller will support the operations of the school site, perform Health &amp; Safety statutory testing and carry out proactive and reactive premises improvements, including general repairs/maintenance works, painting and basic plumbing and carpentry.
