What is the job role? We are looking for a BI &amp; Insights Analyst to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Performance &amp; Insight Team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality data analysis, performance reporting, and actionable insights that support services across the Council.In&nbsp;this role, you will:<ul>
<li>Lead on specific intelligence, performance reporting, and insight projects</li>
<li>Enable better understanding of data through linkages, modelling, and visualisation</li>
<li>Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support service planning and performance monitoring</li>
<li>Collaborate with service areas to provide intelligence that informs decision-making and drives service improvement</li>
