We are a team that works with colleagues at all levels across Children’s Services to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable Children and Families across the City. </p><p>We have 3 full time posts available which are based in the Children's Fostering and Placements services. </p><p>Post 1 - The main function of the role will be processing financial assessments for Special Guardianship carers. This will include updating case management and in-house tracking systems, chasing documents in line with deadlines and completing the assessments. </p><p>Post 2 - The main function of role will be processing various checks and references for prospective foster carers for children. This will include updating case management and in-house tracking systems and chasing documents in line with deadlines. </p><p>Post 3 - This role provides administrative support to the Placements team, which includes processing invoices, completing notification forms and placement agreements for children. </p><p>In all posts you will also be answering phone calls from carers and other professionals, monitoring functional mailboxes and any other required support tasks.
