 The Child Death Review Hub covering Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, City and Hackney (WELC) is recruiting for a co-ordinator to join this friendly team, employed by London Borough of Newham based at Newham Dockside. You would be expected to come to the office 1-2 days per week usually Tuesday or Thursday) This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 This is an administrative role to work as part of the Child Death Review (CDR) Hub team to co-ordinate the CDR System, such that the system functions efficiently and effectively.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience in an administrative role using a digital/online system and have experience of working with public agencies such as local authorities and NHS trusts. &nbsp;You must have excellent administrative and IT skills and be competent with digital systems. You may also be required to work independently at times although you will be well supported with full training. This role requires you to be an integral team member, be motivated and flexible. &nbsp;You will be able to communicate well in a variety of ways and build and maintain good quality, ongoing and one-off, relationships with professionals and their organisations who need to participate in the child death review process. Knowledge and understanding of the Child Death Review process would be useful.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The Post
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work within the Executive Support Team. You will support the directors with diary management, managing mail/electronic mail invitations, arranging appointments/meetings and taking responsibility for venue, background papers and actions.&nbsp;

You’ll balance the structure of licensing compliance with the creativity of digital storytelling: one day processing a street trading licence or reconciling income, the next capturing the buzz of Broadway Market for social media or helping a new trader promote their launch.

- Process and issue street trading and market licences, ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant and transparent.

Are you a dynamic, well organised, experienced officer with strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple organisations.
We're looking for an Executive Support Officer to work with the Director of Local London and the Local London team in managing executive functions and supporting professional working with senior officers from our nine member boroughs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Providing high level, professional executive assistance and administrative support to the Director, including the monitoring of e-mails, enquiries, and correspondence to ensure they are dealt with appropriately, managing and maintaining their calendar, arranging appointments, meetings and ensuring they have the correct information and papers for their meetings.</li>
<li>Providing daily management and co-ordination of the activities of the Director of Local London responding to continual changes in priorities and political sensitivities.</li>
<li>Scheduling and organising both the Local London Growth Board and the Local London Skills and Employment Board, including management of its membership list, minuting of meetings and management of action log. To support the Senior Policy Manager and Senior Policy Officers in the production, management and circulation of papers to timetable.</li>
<li>Supporting the Director and senior managers with Local London’s responsibilities under Redbridge Council’s governance arrangements and liaison with Chairs and members of Local London advisory boards.</li>
<li>To be Local London’s lead on corporate responsibilities including health and safety, information governance and corporate resilience, managing Local London’s response on these and attending relevant Boards and Committees as required.</li>
<li>To monitor, encourage and support staff to ensure they complete mandatory training, and they are aware of opportunities to receive relevant and appropriate learning and development to aid career development.</li>
