What You’ll Be Doing:

<li>Significant experience of providing high level, professional executive assistance and administrative support to a Chief Executive/Corporate Director/Senior Leader.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of working in local government/political environment.</li>
<li>Proficient level of IT competence including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to develop skills further. May include project management systems and other databases.</li>
<li>Experience in delivery of Project Management</li>
<li>Be able to prioritise day to day operational and strategic programmes of work based on changing demands.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills relevant to a wide range of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience of liaising and working effectively with colleagues across service areas and partner organisations.</li>
