This is an exciting time to join us in a new Senior Social Worker role based in St Richard's Hospital, that incorporates Older People's and Working Age Mental Health Social Work Teams and a Countywide AMHP Service.

Salary: NJC Grade 11 £42,708 to £45,718 per annum plus 18% AMHP enhancement

Experience and Skills
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- You'll be an AMHP, registered qualified professional (Social Work, Nurse, OT, Psychologist), and have extensive experience in delivering high-quality social work interventions.
- You'll thrive in high-pressure environments, with the ability to make sound decisions, manage risk, and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential, as you will guide and support fellow practitioners.
- A full driving licence is essential as this is a countywide role, covering both rural and urban areas.
