Group Leader – Estates
Barnsley Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Group Leader to join our team.
As the senior surveying lead within the Council, the postholder will lead a team of experienced surveyors and provide expert advice on property matters to the Senior Management Team and the electorate. They will oversee the management of the Council’s land and property portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Additionally, the postholder will be responsible for implementing the Asset Management Plan and contributing to the achievement of the Medium-Term Financial Plan targets.
