Vac Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Jewellery Facilitator to lead an exciting and hands-on Fimo Clay Jewellery-Making Workshop. If you have a passion for jewellery-making and enjoy inspiring creativity in others, this is a fantastic opportunity to share your skills with beginners in a fun and experimental environment!
Facilitation of the Workshop: Lead the Fimo Clay jewellery-making sessions, guiding participants through the process from start to finish in a clear, engaging, and supportive manner.
Demonstration & Instruction: Provide clear demonstrations of techniques, such as shaping beads, creating moulds, carving, and finishing.
Encouragement of Creativity: Inspire participants to experiment with different textures, colours, and forms to create one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces.
Individual Support: Offer one-on-one support and feedback to participants as they work on their projects, ensuring that each person is confident in their work.
Health & Safety: Ensure a safe and organized workshop environment, adhering to all safety guidelines related to working with materials, tools, and ovens.
Completion of Projects: Help participants complete their jewellery components and prepare them for oven curing, ensuring that they leave with their pieces ready to be transformed into wearable art.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in Jewellery-Making: A strong background in jewellery-making, with experience working with materials like Fimo clay, and an understanding of mould-making and finishing techniques.
Creative & Artistic Skills: Ability to inspire creativity in others, with a passion for experimenting with different textures, colours, and forms in jewellery design.
Facilitating Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly, offering guidance and feedback to participants of all skill levels.
Enthusiasm & Passion: A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others explore their creativity and craft.
Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety procedures when working with materials and tools, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
