The Role: 

• We are seeking to appoint two passionate Education Relationship Officers to join the Education Partnership team to support our mission in enhancing the experiences of children within our local authority education settings
• The role of the Education Relationship Officers will handle complaints and enquiries from Ofsted, DfE, parents, and schools, ensuring statutory compliance while supporting schools in maintaining high-quality education in Liverpool
• As an Education Relationship Officer, the post holder will ensure accurate and timely responses to Ofsted and DfE correspondence. Analyse complaint trends to identify systemic issues and areas for improvement in educational settings, whilst maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• The ideal candidate, as an Education Relationship Officer, will be an experienced education professional with expertise in policy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, adept at handling complaints, analysing trends, managing projects, and ensuring GDPR and FOI adherence while fostering continuous development

These vacancies are fixed term for 12 months from the start date for the purpose of supporting the transition of education statutory functions from School Improvement Liverpool to Liverpool City Council.
