What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a Level 2 qualification or experience in a customer focused/ telecommunication environment. Crucially, you have significant experience of working with information-based systems, including windows-based packages of similar. The scope of our ambition means it’s vital that you have knowledge of problems that are associated with elderly and disabled people. As a Wellbeing Monitoring Assistant, you’ll bring to the role effective communication, be able to prioritise work and work on your own initiative.

Salary range
- £25,583 - £25,989 per year
